Using Microsoft Word "Paste Special"

I am making a song book. I go on line and get the
words from various sites. These songs come out with different printing --
some are Bold, some are big, some are small, some have a border around them,
etc. I would like to make the words look the same. Is there something I
can do to accomplish this goal? I have
thousands of songs that I would like to do this with.
Thanks,

If you’re using Microsoft Word, use
the “Paste Special” feature. Rather than click the paste button, select Paste
Special from your edit menu. A dialog box will pop up with an assortment of
options. Select “Unformatted Text.” This will paste the text into your document,
but strip off any formatting. |
